The Role Buscamos un/a SRE SAP HANA & SAP R/3 con una fuerte orientación a cliente, liderazgo técnico y mentalidad proactiva, que se responsabilice de la fiabilidad, estabilidad y operación de entornos SAP mission critical 24x7. La persona seleccionada tendrá un rol clave garantizando la disponibilidad de los sistemas SAP como servicio crítico de negocio, participando activamente en la gestión de incidentes, la mejora continua y la reducción de riesgos operativos. Responsabilidades Garantizar la disponibilidad, estabilidad y rendimiento de entornos SAP HANA y SAP R/3 / ECC / S/4HANA 24x7. Operación técnica avanzada y troubleshooting de incidencias críticas en entornos productivos. Liderar técnicamente la gestión de incidentes críticos, coordinación durante crisis y elaboración de RCA. Diseñar y operar soluciones de Alta Disponibilidad y Disaster Recovery, asegurando la resiliencia del servicio. Definir y monitorizar SLIs/SLOs, alertas y degradaciones para anticipar impactos en negocio. Colaborar de forma transversal con equipos funcionales, cloud, seguridad e infraestructuras. Documentar procedimientos, lecciones aprendidas y mejoras continuas orientadas a fiabilidad y automatización. Actuar como referente técnico y punto de contacto en situaciones de alta presión con clientes internos y/o externos. Who You Are Requisitos técnicos imprescindibles Administración avanzada de SAP HANA. Operación técnica de SAP R/3 / ECC / S/4HANA. Uso de HANA Cockpit. Troubleshooting SAP (ST22, SM21, SM50, SM37, gestión de locks, jobs, dumps, etc.). Alta Disponibilidad y Disaster Recovery: HANA System Replication Pacemaker / HA sobre Linux Monitorización y fiabilidad SAP (alertas, SLIs, gestión de degradaciones). Gestión de incidentes críticos y análisis de causa raíz (RCA). Linux avanzado (SLES / RHEL). Soft skills clave Trato directo con cliente con comunicación clara y estructurada, incluso en situaciones de presión. Liderazgo técnico durante incidentes y situaciones críticas. Alta proactividad, anticipando problemas y proponiendo mejoras antes de que impacten al negocio. Fuerte orientación a servicio y fiabilidad, entendiendo SAP como plataforma crítica. Capacidad de trabajo colaborativo con equipos multidisciplinares. Habilidad para explicar conceptos técnicos a perfiles no técnicos. Mentalidad de ownership end-to-end sobre la estabilidad del servicio. Enfoque en documentación clara y mejora continua. Experiencia valorable Entornos SAP en AWS y/o Azure. Experiencia con SAP Focused Run, Solution Manager y HANA Cockpit. Performance tuning en SAP HANA. Ejecución de pruebas de DR y mantenimientos con mínimo downtime.
