As part of this execution excellent ambition offers we open this opportunity for SS&P Asia Business Process Management Manager. For this role we are looking for a responsible and collaborative SS&P program manager who is enthusiastic about coworking with ASML corporate BPM programs, Supplier Operation (SO), Supplier Collaboration (SC), Supplier Account Teams (SAT), and suppliers to be aware defined processes, disciplined execution and supporting change management in region. Role and responsibilities As member of SS&P Business Process Management team, main responsibilities is co-own process with global process owner from region, include but not limited to Ensure availability of requirements towards the design & update team Ensure availability of process experts in design & changes Approve the process design from region Ensure implementation & training of process changes Ensure adherence & define the actions to solve incorrect execution (non-conformities & opportunities of improvement) Measure performance and communicate any design issues to global process owner Improvement ideas are identified and aligned with global process owner Education and experience Overall 10-15 years working experiences, 8+ of relevant experience in Business Process Management strategy and/or execution, preferably in a corporate, technology-related environment Bachler / Master education at Supply Chain, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manage information System, and/or relevant field, with PMP, APICS, SAP/Oracle Semiconductor industry manufacturing planning experience is plus International corporate level program experience Ability to manage complexity and deliver results under tight timelines Ability to manage topics/projects simultaneously and collaborate across functions Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability Strong leadership and change management skills Skills Advanced English skills Strong knowledge of SS&P processes Excellent analytical, communication skills and hands-on attitude Project management expertise with proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives Plan, align, drives results and ensures accountability while balances stakeholders Team player, collaborate, positive, proactive, critical and innovative Self-development, and values differences Inclusion and diversity ASML is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values and respects the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
