Experience Required in:
Responsibilities: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll is required. Design & Build Enablement proficiency at an Intermediate level is recommended.
Configuration & Release Management proficiency is suggested at an Intermediate level.
Lead the application design and configuration process
Act as the primary contact for application-related queries
Collaborate with teams to ensure successful project delivery
Provide guidance on design and build enablement processes
