JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Associate Engineer for Self Sovereign Identity Solutions is an entry-level position focused on supporting the development and implementation of decentralized identity technologies. This role involves assisting senior engineers and architects in coding, testing, and documenting innovative solutions that enhance user privacy and security through self-sovereign identity frameworks.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Basic understanding of blockchain technology and principles of decentralized identities.
• Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript
• At least 2+ years of experience in technology development, with experience working with niche cutting edge technologies. Preferably within the context of a start-up or smaller delivery team.
• Experience in identity and access management (IAM) platforms, with a broad understanding of identity models (centralized, federated, decentralized).
• Interest in blockchain technologies and platforms
• Experience in agile delivery methodologies.
• Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where innovation and pushing boundaries are the status quo.
• Learning and experimenting with new technologies.
• Working in dynamic, multi-client, and/or industry environments.
