Job Description Le SSTM EE est le chef d'orchestre technique du périmètre Électrique et Électronique. Il garantit la convergence technique, budgétaire et planning d'un sous-système, de la conception à l'industrialisation. Pilotage : Gère le budget, le planning (WBS) et les ressources EE du projet. Coordination : Fédère les métiers (logiciel, hardware, câblage) pour atteindre les objectifs Qualité/Coût/Délai. Technique : Supervise l'architecture, la cybersécurité, la validation et les modifications techniques. Convergence : Arbitre les compromis entre le Style, le Produit et la faisabilité industrielle jusqu’au lancement en série. Qualifications Qualifications : Expérience : +5 ans en gestion de projet technique (secteur Automobile ou Industrie complexe). Expertise EE : Maîtrise des systèmes électriques/électroniques et du logiciel embarqué (indispensable). Compétences Process : Connaissance du cycle en V, de l'APQP, et des normes d'homologation (CEM, Cyber). Leadership : Capacité à piloter des équipes transverses et à gérer le changement. Soft Skills : Esprit orienté solution, capacité d'arbitrage et aisance en communication. Langue : Anglais courant certifié.
