We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic sales professional.
This position requires excellent Customer Service skills, attention to detail, and ideally design/decorator experience or passion.
We are a Tile and Stone retail store selling primarily floor and wall tiles. Our customers are primarily designers, decorators, contractors and customers renovating their own homes.
You will be helping our clients bring to life their decorating dreams.
The ideal candidate will understand how to support the customers through the complete sales process. Developing rapport, providing consults, product samples and follow up to help customer with choosing the products. It also involves checking stock with suppliers on availability in sizes/colors and stock required. Basic Math skills are required to determine proper amounts needed when ordering and converting square footage. Completing the sale requires Checking on delivery status and following up until the order is received and picked up by the customer. This requires strong attention to detail from the start of the sale.
Experience in Sales is required, Decorator/Designer experience is an Asset.
Must be able to effectively communicate clearly on phone , in person and through emails.
Close to the highway and go station
Job Types: Full-time, Salary plus Commission, Permanent
Salary: From $40,000.00 plus commissions on all sales.
