SESLHD is committed to enabling our community to be healthy and well, and to providing the best possible compassionate care when people need it. SESLHD is committed to improving the care provided to our patients in line with our vision of Working together to improve the health and wellbeing of our community.
St George Hospital is seeking motivated and highly organised Administration Officers to join the Outpatient Services team. We are recruiting for both a Permanent Part-Time position (4 days per week) and a Temporary Full-Time position (12 months).
As part of a centralised administrative workforce, these roles support a diverse range of medical, surgical, and allied health outpatient services, contributing to the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centred care.

Key responsibilities include coordinating billing practices, managing PBRC errors and data integrity, maintaining eMR scheduling, supporting referral and waitlist management processes, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of outpatient clinics.
