Care Team Model Compensation: $244,000-$260,000 PTO: 8 weeks Sign-On Bonus: $65,000 Cases include: cardiac, endo, ENT, General, GYN, major vascular, neuro, ortho, thoracic, urology. Approx 20,000 cases/year.
