STAAR is a Dubai-based manufacturing company specializing in the design, engineering, and production of aircraft refueling vehicles, fuel handling systems, and pressure vessels, delivering high-quality solutions compliant with international aviation and industrial standards   Role Summary:    The Administration Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office and factory, supporting various departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.   Role Responsibilities:   * Manage office communications: Answer phones, manage emails and mail, and handle correspondence. * Handle scheduling and coordination: Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and make travel arrangements. * Maintain records and files: Create and maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems and databases. * Prepare documents: Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations. * Manage office supplies and inventory: Track and order office supplies and equipment. * Perform clerical and data entry tasks: Handle data entry, bookkeeping, and expense tracking.     Educational Qualifications: * High School Diploma (required) * Diploma or certification in Business Administration or Office Management (preferred)   Experience: * 1–3 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting Behavioral Skills: * Organizational skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain order.  * Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.  * Problem-solving abilities: Ability to handle challenges and find solutions. * A professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.  * Time management: Excellent ability to manage time effectively.   Technical Skills: * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
