Description
Develops and delivers technical training materials and plans for Assembly standards, assessments, and advanced/new technologies. Established and active employee resource groups Bachelor of Science/Engineering, or academic equivalent, in a closely related technical discipline. Strong background in Assembly Processes and Craftsmanship including: Fastening Systems, Material Dispense, Press Fit Systems, Testing (Leak and EOL), and Vision Systems Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with global teams. Strong knowledge of Problem Solving and Quality Tools. Approximately 8 years of experience in manufacturing process(es), with a strong focus on Assembly. Knowledge of Ford vehicle or powertrain development and launch processes. Demonstrated initiative and capability to provide technical leadership to peers and management to assure the delivery of product programs. Advanced problem-solving skills Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Ability to lead a team in the delivery of technical objectives. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
