This position is with our Consumer Brands business unit – where we empower our employees to bring the best Laundry & Home Care and Hair products to people around the world.

• Located within the R&D facilities in Trumbull, CT, Stability Scientist conducts on-time and accurate stability tests as directed or requested by the responsible Manager, leading to the development of shelf-stable Laundry & Home Care and Body Care products.
• Distribute received stability samples from the drop-off zone to the corresponding units
• Organize and maintain active test samples, long term samples and retains
• Dispose samples from terminated studies, properly maintain stability units
• Conduct and document equipment calibration and maintenance of laboratory Execute stability testing:
• Conduct stability testing on Laundry & Home Care and Body Care products
• Load/unload the stability robot with due samples
• Run daily measurements of samples including pH, viscosity, color/sediment assessment utilizing the stability robot
• Daily transfer of stability data from Henkel internal systems to stability robot and vice versa Issue resolution:
• Identify issues as they arise and quickly inform key stakeholders
