You play a key role in structuring the department, maturing the product portfolio, and securing competitiveness in global markets.       📌 Your Key Responsibilities 🔧 1. Technical leadership & expertise   Perform, review and validate mechanical, thermal and CFD calculations Define detailed functional specifications for stack operation Collaborate with CAD designers to produce and validate detailed 2D/3D designs Identify and develop innovative materials, design concepts, and technical solutions Apply Design-to-Cost principles in all development steps Prepare technical specifications for procurement and manufacturing Validate suppliers through inspections and conformity assessments Support and deploy validation tests (mechanical, materials, functional tests)   🏭 2. Product industrialization   Ensure product industrialization feasibility throughout development Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality and Industrialization teams Secure design robustness and global manufacturability (EU, Asia, global sites)   🚀 3. Product roadmap   Propose design evolutions aligned with market expectations, performance and industrial constraints Contribute to the roadmap of two strategic stacks: High-performance EU stack Global standardized product   🧩 4. Design Reviews governance   Organize and lead cross-functional Design Reviews Establish design evolution and validation processes Ensure traceability, compliance and continuous improvement   👥 5.
