Description

Job Purpose An exciting opportunity for a Stack Run Coordinator to join our team! This role will be responsible for leading, optimising and overseeing all stack run planning activities across multiple container park locations. The role ensures the effective coordination of stack run operations while also driving continuous improvement, system optimisation, and strategic planning. Key Accountabilities Plan and implement stack runs in and out of the container park Ensure all plans are effective to minimise disruption to depot operations Relay stack run windows to shipping lines and confirm when runs are complete Act as escalation point for complex stack run issues across all container park locations Manage and supply solutions to stock shortfalls Oversee reconciliation of relevant invoices and ensure correct cost allocations Establish and maintain standard stack run planning processes across all locations Ensure planning systems are used effectively and support continuous improvement initiatives Report stack run performance, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and maintenance of planning records Qualifications, Skills and Experience The successful candidate will possess the following: 5 years’ experience in a transport related role Experience in data-entry Knowledge of EDI; 1-Stop and Transport Management Systems Effective planning skills Excellent communication skills Ability to articulate effective responses and emails Customer service focused Supporting equality DP World is committed to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
