Description Part-time / Seasonal Event Cleaner position available in Notre Dame, Indiana Varied work schedule includes late nights and weekends, up to 8 hours per Event SUMMARY The Event Custodian will ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests, while maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appearance, before, during, and after stadium events. This is a seasonal position from mid April through the end of November/mid December. RESPONSIBILITIES Be punctual and reliable - show up for the agreed upon event shifts on time Sweep restroom and concourse floors Keep restrooms tidy and presentable Keep restrooms stocked - soap, toilet paper, paper towels Empty restroom trash once at the end of the event Must have effective communication skills to understand and follow written and verbal work instructions and safety standards. Perform all job duties in a friendly, courteous manner and adhere to all safety requirements. Respond to customers promptly. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be able to work alone and with a team in a collaborative environment; Must be able to interact in person with coworkers and the public. Must be able to handle high stress situations. Requirements PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 30 pounds. Ability to bend/kneel/stoop/squat consistently when needed. Ability to perform repetitive hand/wrist movement. Constantly walk/stand for a long period of time without breaks. Requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and seasons for a continuous 8-hour shift. REQUIREMENTS Dependable & Detail Oriented Reliable transportation Complete Background Check, Drug Test, & E-Verify Previous cleaning experience is a plus!
