Description Inter Miami CF is looking for Part-Time Operations Crew supporting the Facilities and Operations Department with event set-up, execution, teardown, changeovers and daily operational tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Participate in the execution of stadium and training facility events & games, including set-up and post-event breakdown. Assist with maintenance, upkeep, and organization around the facility. Maintain a safe work environment. Perform other related duties as assigned. Must be able to lift 50+lbs and walk for extended periods of time. Requirements Past employment or internship experience in game operations or facility management preferred. Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required. Possess strong attention to detail. Must be able to perform manual labor duties and tasks. Ability to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, within a team atmosphere. Other Details: Hours of work are based off our events schedule and may vary. Bilingual applicants not required, but preferred. All applicants must pass a pre-employment background check. Responsibilities
