We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Charlotte, North Carolina. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in our financial operations, ensuring all accounting tasks are completed accurately and on time. This role is integral to maintaining the financial health and integrity of our organization.

• Ensure the accuracy of entries in the General Ledger.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) duties, ensuring all bills are paid in a timely manner.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), confirming all payments are received and correctly applied.
• Conduct Bank Reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Prepare and post Journal Entries, ensuring they accurately reflect the company’s financial transactions.
• Possession of skills in Accounts Payable (AP) is a necessary requirement.
• Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is expected.
• Candidates must have experience in performing Bank Reconciliations.
• Familiarity with General Ledger operations is required.
• The applicant should be able to perform Journal Entries accurately.
