JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Staff Accountant & Financial Analyst to oversee accounting and financial operations across multiple companies while providing in-depth financial insights and strategic analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, technology, and management skills, with experience in financial planning, reporting, and compliance. This role requires expertise in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), financial modeling, and strategic forecasting to drive informed decision-making.
This position will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, implementing process improvements, and providing actionable insights to enhance business performance. The successful candidate will work across multiple businesses within our parent family, supporting financial planning, budgeting, variance analysis, and strategic financial initiatives.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• CPA certification highly desirable.

MINIMUM 1-5 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING, FINANCIAL PLANNING, OR A RELATED FIELD.

• Experience in business services, manufacturing, biotech/pharma, or other regulated industries preferred.
• Prior experience in public accounting and/or auditing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Experience working with multiple legal entities under different corporate structures is highly valued.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data manipulation techniques.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Familiarity with data workflow automation.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis is a plus.

  Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
