Summary of responsibilities: :

• Daily cash reconciliation
• Daily review of positive pay exceptions
• Assist in preparing the monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
• Daily review of the general ledger for errors in posting
• Propose reclass entries for entries posted in error

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of related accounting experience in a mid to large company
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Public accounting experience is a plus
• Law Firm and Aderant software experience a plus
• Strong organizational and follow through skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
