Staff Accountant – Full-Time (Souderton, PA)
Join our growing team! We’re seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support our Accounting Department with reconciliations, journal entries, payroll support, and financial reporting. What You’ll Do As A Staff Accountant
· Reconcile general ledger, bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts
· Prepare journal entries and support month-end and year-end close processes
· Perform daily maintenance of accounts payable and cash disbursements
· Cross-train and provide support for accounts receivable, payroll, and miscellaneous cash receipts
· Maintain fixed asset schedules and compute depreciation
· Support internal and external audits with documentation and reconciliations
· Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
· Analyze financial data and provide management with actionable insights
· Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and internal control standards
· Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy
What We’re Looking For In A Staff Accountant
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
· 2+ years of accounting experience required
· Proficient with Microsoft Office; particularly excel (Pivot Tables) & Power BI Tools experience a plus
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
· CPA certification or eligibility preferred
