We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant to be based out of our location in Omaha, NE. Location: Omaha, NE Travel: Required to travel periodically and upon request to various branches in the U.S. Work Schedule: * Initial Training (Month 1): 100% In-Office (Monday–Friday) to ensure seamless onboarding and team integration. * Post-Training (Month 2+): Hybrid schedule consisting of 4 days in office and 1 day at home per week. What You Bring: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required. * 1+ years of relevant professional accounting experience. * High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite * Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas), experience with shared drives, and collaborative spreadsheets * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. * A self-starter mentality and effective problem-solving capabilities. * Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams * Experience with following systems is a plus: Sage Intacct, Service Titan, Blackline If you are a motivated accounting professional ready to take the next step in your career with a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply today!
