(DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Staff Accountant (Financial Reporting & Reconciliation) to manage financial reporting, account reconciliation, and support accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in general ledger management. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with clients and team members effectively. Key Responsibilities Billing & Accounts Processing Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Compliance & Reporting Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Support internal and external audits as required. Cross-Department Coordination Collaborate with finance, operations, and compliance teams. Ensure accounting procedures align with company policies and industry standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or bookkeeping. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in government contracting or defense-related accounting. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Core Competencies Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Ensure financial reporting and reconciliation are precise. Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with clients and team members. Problem-Solving: Address accounting discrepancies proactively. Time Management: Handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Work Environment Professional office environment (or hybrid/remote if applicable). May require occasional travel. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance may be required.
