This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across a variety of resort accounting functions. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable Processing: Maintain AP files, verify purchase orders, enter and process invoices, prepare payments, manage vendor relations, and ensure adherence to accounting policies. Financial Reporting & Data Entry: Prepare daily and monthly financial reports, maintain resort journals, and support capital and operational reporting needs. General Accounting Support: Assist the Director of Finance and/or Accounting Manager with special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
