Examinetics is hiring a Staff Accountant to join our team! This is a full time role based out of our Overland Park, KS office and will be responsible for various accounting duties including daily and period-end closing journal entries, period-end close procedures, and general ledger account analysis. Why you will love working at Examinetics as a Staff Accountant * Competitive salary * Health, Vision, Dental, and 401K matching * 3 weeks Paid Time Off * Annual Company Bonus Primary Responsibilities: * Preparation of daily and period-end journal entries. * Recording of daily cash activities, preparation of cash reports. * Reconciliation of bank statements. * General Ledger account reconciliation and analysis. * Posting of payroll activity. * Preparation of reports and/or schedules as needed. * Provide back-up support for Accounts Receivable and Payroll positions. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 3+ years experience as a Staff Accountant. * Strong Excel skills. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for preparation of daily and period-end journal entries, recording daily cash activities, and general ledger account reconciliation. Additional duties include posting payroll activity and providing back-up support for Accounts Receivable and Payroll positions.
