WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Staff Accountant, you’ll play an integral role in supporting the company’s general accounting operations. ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency across all financial activities. You’ll assist with month-end close, fixed asset management, and other key accounting functions that help maintain the financial health of the organization. This is a great opportunity for someone graduating this coming Spring, who’s ready to apply their accounting education in a dynamic, hands-on environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements to ensure accuracy and identify variances. • Assist in key aspects of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. • Manage fixed asset records and reconciliations. • Help develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls and GAAP compliance. • Support annual audit activities, including research and resolution of audit findings. • Contribute to budgeting, tax, and regulatory filing processes. • Provide support for cash management and other accounting functions as needed.
