We’re building a dynamic, collaborative finance team that supports rapid growth, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making across the company. What You’ll Do As a Staff Accountant at Fastbreak AI, you’ll play a critical role in the financial operations of our business. You will: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and related workflows. Perform bank reconciliations regularly to maintain accurate cash positions. Track and report on project costs and budget performance to support business decisions. Use data to analyze financial trends and prepare reports that help drive insights. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners regarding financial activities. Support month-end close and assist with other accounting tasks as needed. We’re looking for someone who: Has a positive outlook and thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment. Communicates effectively — both verbally and in writing — with team members across the organization. Is analytical and detail-oriented, with a natural curiosity for understanding financial data. Enjoys problem-solving and proactively improving processes. Has experience working with a MacBook computer What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. At least 2 years of accounting experience, ideally in a fast-paced business environment. Hands-on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Strong skills in both Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. A willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute across the finance function.
