Fine-Dining, national restaurant brands Le Colonial and Le Bilboquet, are in search of a full-time staff accountant and payroll specialist as we expand into new markets. We currently operate 7+ locations, in 5 states, with new locations under development.
We offer a laid back, comfortable office environment, with our corporate office conveniently located in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood, just two blocks from the Chicago Ave red line stop. The position is hybrid, with 1-2 days available to work remote, depending on the workload and time of month.
This position shall provide various staff accountant and payroll coordinator duties to several of our locations, candidate will be trained in many areas of accounting, finance, payroll processing and administrative roles, including but not limited to:
- Account Reconciliation
- Sales, Payroll and Cash Flow Analysis
- Financial Statement Preparation
- Sales Tax Filing
- Some Accounts Payable and check disbursements
- Various accounting, finance and administrative tasks
We are actively seeking an individual whom is dedicated to helping us expand. There will be additional opportunities for advancement depending on amount of effort the candidate offers.
The ideal candidate will be extremely well organized, have excellent computer skills and exceptional critical thinking skills.

Additionally, candidate will have:

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• 1-3+ years previous work experience in an accounting of finance position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with ADVANCED Excel Knowledge
• QuickBooks or comparable accounting software experience
• Typing of 60+ WPM
• Highly organized

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
