We are seeking a qualified individual to join our accounting team to be primarily responsible for account reconciliations and analysis. This person will use their accounting skills to support the accounting team in closing the books each month, providing accurate financial statements, and maintaining accounting records of our companies. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Prepare account reconciliations and analysis, including bank accounts and customer/vendor accounts Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation Maintain financial records. Records transactions and journal entries. Participate in improving and documenting accounting processes Provide various analytical support for the accounting team and in support of the monthly accounting close Respond to inquiries from other departments, customers, vendors, etc. Assist other team members and complete other tasks and duties as assigned Keep sensitive information confidential Key Qualifications: A BS degree in accounting is preferred Accounting expertise gained from training and/or experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounting Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel Experience working with accounting systems Highly organized and detail oriented Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit or stand in a stationary position up to 100% of the time Must be able to walk in an office and production environment up to 100% of the time Must be able to exchange accurate and concise information verbally in person and on the phone Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds What we Offer: Competitive pay and bonus program Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) 401(k) with match Health, benefits on day one - medical, dental, vision LTD, STD, hospitalization and other benefits available Flexible spending account Life insurance Paid vacation and holidays Grace Stakeholder Investments, Inc. is proud to be an equal opportunity employer
