What you’ll do: Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and customer invoicing Reconcile accounts and support monthly financial reporting Partner with operations to support product costing and ongoing improvements Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis Support audits and help maintain accurate financial records Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional projects What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment Strong Excel skills and comfort working with ERP systems A proactive mindset with the ability to learn, problem-solve, and manage multiple priorities Clear communication skills and a team-oriented approach About the Company: H.O. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience. 2-year experience in a manufacturing or comparable work environment, including internship experience. Experience using Syteline or equivalent ERP system, preferred. Advanced computer skills in Excel, Word, ERP systems, and Microsoft Outlook, preferred.
