We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing team. Website: https://specialtydentalbrands.com/about Hybrid | Nashville, TN (The Nations) – 3 days in office, 2 days remote Responsibilities Prepare weekly cash journal entries for company bank accounts Assist with month-end close, including reconciliations for cash, fixed assets, AP/Accrued Liabilities, and prepaids Maintain balance sheet schedules and reconciliations monthly Analyze profit and loss statements for assigned locations Support Senior Accountants with integration of new clinics Propose and process adjusting journal entries (accruals, reclasses, etc.) Support budgeting, forecasting, and system/process improvements Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate reporting Participate in audits and special projects as needed Requirements What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent organizational and communication skills Desire to grow in a high-growth, dynamic environment Location & Work Schedule Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote Office location: Nashville, TN (The Nations) Benefits & Perks Competitive compensation Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company contribution Generous PTO and paid holidays Supportive, people-first culture with opportunities for growth If you’re ready to grow your accounting career with a company that’s redefining specialty dental care, supporting clinic partners nationwide, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

The Staff Accountant will prepare weekly cash journal entries, assist with month-end close, and maintain balance sheet schedules. They will also analyze profit and loss statements and support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
