We are currently seeking a positive, hard-working, self-motivated individuals to join our fantastic team as our Staff Accountant – Income Auditor at our island-inspired resort. This role will report to: The Director of Finance and Controller Requirements Experience as income auditor or night auditor High School Diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in a previous hotel preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Time Management skills to complete all work in allotted time Ability to multi-task Excellent attention to details to meet both internal and external client needs Excellent problem resolution skills Ability to work with minimal supervision To be successful in this role you should have the ability to successfully: Balance the daily income audit journal with accuracy and minimal direction Review daily clearing charges to insure all customers are properly charged Reconcile the daily credit card and bank cash deposit Issue the daily revenue report to the management group Coordinate the labor management schedule with operations and issue out the weekly labor report Perform monthly inventory Review and distribute the daily approval packets to management Review the group deposit log and follow up on past due deposits Process credit applications with HCA Employees will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor When joining our team as a Room Attendant, you will be offered: Pay Rate of $25.50 per hour Overtime rate of $38.25 per hour Meal provided every shift--save an extra $10/day Great travel discounts at hotels across CA and throughout US Career advancement opportunities Pay before Payday!
