Description The Staff Accountant plays a critical role in supporting the financial health and operational success of the business. This position goes beyond traditional accounting by combining core accounting responsibilities with financial analysis and direct collaboration with operations. You will help ensure accurate financial reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, and work alongside business leaders to understand costs, improve processes, and drive better decision-making.
