Job Description As a Full Charge Accountant, you will be responsible for multiple clients (25 - 30 monthly). The ideal applicant must be able to receive raw data and be able to prepare year-end closeout, possess a strong work ethic, excellent client communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. W2s & 1099 reporting Enter and classify client data Handle routine client questions Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations Utilize QuickBooks with ability to train clients Fixed Asset Tracking Prepare financial statements for CPA review Prepare journal entries for month and year-end close Prepare Payroll, Sales & Use Tax Returns, Property Tax Returns Assisting with ad-hoc projects & Tax Return preparations as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but candidates with strong equivalent experience will be considered 1+ yrs of full charge accounting experience in public accounting with a strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with clients and coworkers Knowledge/experience with preparing quarterly tax estimates is a plus Experience with data entry, record keeping, and computer operation Organizational skills, attention to detail and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable working on multiple open projects and clients at one time Intimate knowledge of Intuit platforms and fluent in Microsoft suite, proficient with QuickBooks (Online); experience with Practice CS is a plus Energized professional with a client first mentality Positive, team-oriented mindset Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
