We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant with at least seven to ten years of experience in accounting. Duties and responsibilities are listed below. Our ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter who takes initiative to achieve team goals. Candidate should be focused and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced professional environment. Reports to Controller A/R, A/P, and G/L Duties Account Reconciliations Advanced JE duties Financial reporting audit monthly Overhead calculation and review monthly Various month end duties Assist with special Finance projects Regular, punctual and consistent attendance Other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance 7-10 years of accounting experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Knowledge of IOLTA account logistics Knowledge of Quickbooks Excellent time management and organization skills Exceptionally strong oral and written communication skills Kisling, Nestico & Redick is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
