Probate Advance is seeking a Staff Accountant to support our exceptional team and growing business. Responsibilities: Assists with the preparation of accounting/financials Manages client fundings and cash inflows/outflows Creates and manages new invoices Assists with operations due diligence tasks as needed Gains understanding of the legal aspects of probate and probate court filings Reviews and prepares expense reports Process vendor invoices and statements Complete audit requests Assists with month-end reconciliations Collaborates with parent company accounting team Bachelor's degree required Accounting experience preferred Accounts Payable and/or Cash Management a plus Must understand basic accounting and have strong Excel and computer skills Strong attention to detail Ability to integrate into a fast-paced environment Must be a team player Netsuite knowledge preferred Business Central Dynamics 365 knowledge We offer competitive compensation and benefits that include medical, dental, vision, life insurance plans, 401k with company match and paid time off.

Responsibilities
