Responsibilities
  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions (journal entries, payments, receipts).
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable; follow up on customer collections.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements and cash flow reports.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist in VAT filing.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate filing of accounting records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Use accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/SAP/Oracle) for day-to-day operations.
  • Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.
