We are currently seeing a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Staff Accountant. Job Overview The Staff Accountant plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day accounting operations across multiple business entities. This position will be responsible for general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and assisting with month-end and year-end close. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment within the oilfield services sector. Requirements Requirements Primary Duties and Responsibilities Maintain financial activity in QuickBooks Data entry into MS Business Central Assist with bank transactions Assist with credit card statements, Payroll-related entries and reconciliations A/P and A/R - posting transactions Assist with proper allocations Complete journal entries including adjusting and reconciliations Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with operations and management teams across multiple locations to ensure proper coding and accurate financial reporting by product line and company. Support preparation of financial statements and management reports. Assist with audit preparation and provide necessary documentation to external auditors. Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred (or equivalent experience) 2–5 years of accounting experience; oil and gas services industry experience preferred. Experience with multi-entity or multi-location accounting structures strongly preferred.
