POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our team in Queens, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting practices, experience in distribution (plumbing supply distribution preferred), and proficiency with ERP systems (Epicor Eclipse experience is a plus). This is an in-person role with responsibility for financial operations and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in distribution
  • Plumbing supply distribution experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems required; Epicor Eclipse experience highly preferred
  • Knowledge of payroll, AR, AP, and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
