JOB SUMMARY

As the Staff Accountant you will provide data entry and analysis, cash management and trial balance maintenance. You will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling daily bank balances as well as general ledger account entries. QUALIFICATIONS:

• B. S. Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Must have 2 years’ experience working within a corporate accounting team
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Experience with ERP software greater than QuickBooks
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $62,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year

• Maintain and reconcile daily bank balances and key general ledger accounts on a daily and monthly basis
• Provide daily and weekly financial reporting
• Provide back-up support for all Accounting positions to include AR, AP and Payroll
• Reconcile monthly bank and loan statements Assist in the preparation of cash flow projections and company budget
• Provide support to the Controller for bi-annual compilation
• Participate in ERP conversion
