This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional seeking long-term growth in a relaxed yet high-performing firm. *This role is best suited for someone who is interested in working towards Partnership Responsibilities: Lead tax and consulting engagements for a diverse client base. Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements for personal, corporate and trust tax returns. Review financial statements and prepare reports for senior leadership. Audit & Assurance Provide advisory services to clients, including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance planning. Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards. Coach and support junior team members. Develop strong client relationships through exceptional service. Contribute to business development and bring new ideas to the table. CPA designation (in good standing) required. 3+ years of hands-on experience in a public accounting firm. Solid knowledge of Canadian GAAP and relevant tax legislation. Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., CaseWare, QuickBooks, & Profile).
