• Accounts payable invoice entry and routing into Spectrum accounting software
• Accounts payable invoice reconciliation to statements monthly
• Work with project and admin staff on accounts payable purchase orders and approvals
• May assist with payroll entry and processing during payroll manager’s time off and vacation
• Project accounting including but not limited to daily reports and client billing
• Credit card transaction accounting
• May assist with human resource functions such as new hire paperwork, project onboarding as it relates to mandatory training, drug testing, travel, other.
• May involve travel to jobsites within BC.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $40,230.83-$66,967.31 per year
  Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vancouver, BC V6C 2T
