Responsibilities Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant who applies principals of accounting to analyze, record and reconcile financial information and prepare financial reports by performing the following duties. Key Responsibilities Preparation of journal entries with supporting documentation Preparation and maintenance of excel spreadsheets for account analysis and reporting Responsible for cash reconciliation Responsible for all company inventory reconciliations Capitalization and depreciation of fixed assets Collects appropriate data to prepare sales tax returns, 1099s and other informational and/or compliance reporting Be able to work independently Support financial operations by performing complex accounting services related to preparing, analyzing, maintaining and reviewing various financial statements, records and reports Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferably in accounting, finance, economics or related business administration field. Minimum two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
