We’re passionate about growth, innovation, and building a culture where talented professionals can thrive. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining work-life balance. Requirements Prepare weekly cash journal entries for company bank accounts Assist with month-end close, including reconciliations for cash, fixed assets, AP/Accrued Liabilities, and prepaids Maintain balance sheet schedules and reconciliations monthly Analyze profit and loss statements for assigned locations Support Senior Accountants with integration of new clinics Propose and process adjusting journal entries (accruals, reclasses, etc.) Support budgeting, forecasting, and system/process improvements Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate reporting Participate in audits and special projects as needed What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent organizational and communication skills Desire to grow in a high-growth, dynamic environment Why Join Us?
