MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; or 5+ years combined of related education, experience, or certification
  • 1+ years’ progressive experience with full cycle accounting, financial reporting requirements, and GAAP accounting
  • 1+ years’ Microsoft Excel experience (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, and manipulation of massive quantities of data)
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms.
  • Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or CPA/CMA candidate
  • 1+ years’ experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP system
  • Healthcare or private equity backed company experience
  • Experience with audit preparation and working with external auditors
Responsibilities

We are searching for an experienced and detailed-oriented Staff Accountant to report directly to the Director, Accounting. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for supporting the monthly close process, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. This role will work closely with Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data, while adhering to healthcare compliance and private equity reporting standards. The ideal candidate is meticulous, analytical, and able to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
