ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Staff Accountant, you’ll support day-to-day accounting operations and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. This position offers exposure to all core accounting functions, making it an ideal fit for someone early in their accounting career looking to grow with a company that’s scaling rapidly. You’ll report directly to the Controller and work closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process high-volume vendor invoices, payments, and customer transactions. Reconcile accounts and assist with collections.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries with accuracy and timeliness.
• Complete monthly reconciliations to ensure integrity of financial records.
• Support the month-end close and assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and schedules.
• Maintain knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in all accounting activities.
• Participate in ongoing efforts to streamline workflows and enhance accounting systems and processes.
