Key Responsibilities Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Associate's will be considered if candidate has healthy experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of in multiple accounting functions. I.e. bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations. preferably in a law firm. Strong understanding of accounting software and databases, such as QuickBooks Online or SAP. Experience with Clio (or similar software) a huge plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and or Google Suite; and other financial analysis tool Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Customer service or customer facing experience require, this role is a support role to the legal department and other departments at the firm and will foster strong working relationship. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Will handle other related duties assigned. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a law firm. Strong understanding of accounting software and databases, such as QuickBooks or SAP. Experience with Clio (or similar software) a huge plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and or Google Suite; and other financial analysis tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
