Our goal is to find someone who’s not just looking for a job, but a long-term career path where they can thrive and contribute over time. · Be part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial team with a strong growth trajectory and decades of stability in the industry · Make a direct impact on financial strategy and operational excellence · Work in a collaborative environment that values innovation and accountability · Competitive compensation and benefits package Client Profile: Industry: Office Furniture sales and relocation services Company Size: < 200 Location: Irving, TX - Onsite Fulltime What You’ll Do As a Staff Accountant, you’ll be actively involved in full cycle accounting supporting month end close Key responsibilities include: Accounts receivable coordination Credit card account reconciliations Journal entry preparation Assisting with financial statement preparation Supporting month-end close activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred Minimum 2 years of general ledger experience (journal entries, account reconciliations, etc.) Proficiency in QuickBooks preferred; experience with Great Plains or other accounting software is a plus Skills & Attributes Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and communication Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Tech-savvy with experience across varied applications Self-motivated and capable of working independently or collaboratively Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset Willingness to mentor and support team development
