JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant/Treasury Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. The Staff Accountant/Treasury Specialist is responsible for managing the organization’s daily cash operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, monitoring cash flow, and supporting financial planning activities. This role collaborates with accounting, payroll, and finance teams, and maintains relationships with banking partners to ensure liquidity, financial accuracy, and compliance. The Treasury Specialist reports directly to the Chief Operating and Financial Officer and plays a key role in maintaining the organization’s financial health.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or
• 2–5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance
• Experience in a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cash flow management, banking operations, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with financial software, including QuickBooks and HCM software; advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external banking partners.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism.
