ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS

  • Own and manage the Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash accounting cycles.
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and e-commerce payment processor transactions.
  • Ensure alignment between sub-ledger and general ledger balances.
  • Record daily financial transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

The Staff Accountant is responsible for carrying out most of the day-to-today accounting functions of a rapidly growing organization, maintaining the general ledger, reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements for management, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local principles, performs a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility.
