QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred
• 2+ years accounting
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our client is seeking a Staff Accountant to support general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and accounts payable functions. This role offers a professional work environment, manageable workload, and great work-life balance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare bank reconciliations and journal entries
• Assist with monthly close, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Review and process invoices, credit card transactions, and vendor records
• Monitor cash balances and support job cost tracking
• Collaborate on audits and ad hoc projects
