POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Staff Accountant with a strong background in not-for-profit audits. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple engagements while building strong client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in external audit, with a focus on not-for-profit organizations
• Strong knowledge of ASPE, ASNPO, and relevant auditing standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in CaseWare, Excel, and other audit/accounting software

  Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

• Perform financial statement audits for not-for-profit organizations in compliance with applicable standards
• Prepare working papers, audit documentation, and reports
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure timely, accurate completion of audit engagements

• Collaborate with team members and managers to resolve audit issues efficiently
